Project Summary

BRS performed boundary, topographic, utility, and record surveys and prepared subdivision land development site plans for a Chipotle Restaurant located within Westmoreland Mall property in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, PA. An outparcel property of 0.946 acre was created via subdivision. Due to the property location and zoning along U.S. Route 0030, the project also included securing variances through the Hempfield Township Zoning and Hearing Board to support the development. BRS supported CBL properties with consultation, exhibits, and plans to secure the lease with Chipotle. The site development included a 2,313 square foot structure, parking, stormwater
management and supportive utilities. Stormwater control was addressed with an underground stormwater management system meeting Hempfield Township and PADEP requirements for peak rate control and water quality.

BRS also provided construction stakeout and construction management services such as consultation, shop drawing review and on-site inspections. BRS staff performed inspection of critical BMP features and prepared as-built surveys.
